We are seeking a highly analytical and results-driven Senior Revenue Operations Analyst to support the optimization and performance tracking of revenue-generating functions across Sales and Marketing. This strategic role is central to improving operational efficiency, delivering insights that drive revenue growth, and ensuring alignment across go-to-market teams.
This position will report to Revenue Operations Director directly. As a key member of the Revenue Operations (RevOps) team, you will be instrumental in building scalable processes, analyzing the performance of Sales and Revenue initiatives, and providing data-driven recommendations to accelerate growth. This role requires close collaboration with cross-functional stakeholders including Sales, Marketing, and Finance.
Key Responsibilities:
Revenue Performance Analysis & Reporting
- Monitor and analyze end-to-end Sales and Marketing funnel performance.
- Develop and manage dashboards and reporting tools to visualize revenue metrics and KPIs.
- Provide actionable insights into campaign performance, lead conversion, pipeline health, and win rates.
- Support revenue forecasting models and contribute to planning and budget cycles.
- Partner with cross-functional stakeholders to interpret performance trends and recommend strategic actions.
Data Infrastructure & Systems Management
- Design and maintain robust data pipelines and architecture to support revenue analytics.
- Acquire, organize, and validate data from various internal and external sources.
- Resolve technical and data-related issues; identify performance bottlenecks in data systems.
- Document data workflows and processes to ensure transparency and reproducibility.
- Collaborate with Engineering or Data teams where necessary to scale data infrastructure.
Process Optimization & Operational Strategy
- Identify opportunities for process improvement across the revenue lifecycle.
- Implement initiatives that enhance operational efficiency, pipeline velocity, and campaign ROI.
- Maintain comprehensive documentation of revenue processes and workflows.
- Ensure alignment of broader revenue goals across Sales, Marketing, and Customer Success

- Generate quotes/order forms for new license or renewal customers.
- Ensure adherence to company product pricing to maintain margin requirements.
- Ensure proper documentation and data integrity of salesforce records.
Required Qualifications

- Education: Bachelors in CS / Data Science required, Masters Preferred
- 4+ years of experience in Revenue Operations or related functions
- Knowledge of Revenue & Sales Operations frameworks, CRM/marketing automation platforms, and GTM
- Experience with software such as Salesforce, Google Analytics/Ads, Power BI, Tableau, ZoomInfo, Gong, HubSpot, Outreach, BigQuery, or
- Proficiency in SQL or familiarity with Python or other programming languages is a strong
- Strong quantitative and problem-solving skills with the ability to turn complex data into clear business
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills; ability to influence cross-functional
