PS Operations and Data Analyst

Role Summary
Reporting directly to the Operations Manager located at our world headquarters in US, the PS Operations and Data Analyst provides crucial support in overseeing the day-to-day operations of the Professional Services department. The candidate must be highly analytical and process-driven, with the ability to apply creative, data-backed solutions. The role requires comfort working in a fast-paced, mission-driven environment that values results, collaboration, and shared accountability. The ideal individual will have the ability to exercise good judgement in a variety of situations, with strong written and verbal communication, administrative and organizational skills, and the ability to maintain a realistic balance among multiple priorities. They will have the ability to work independently and must be able to work under pressure at times to handle a wide variety of activities and confidential matters with discretion.
Essential Functions / Priorities:
- Partner closely with the Operations Manager and Operations Coordinator to support and oversee the day-to-day operations of the Professional Services team.
- Maintain, update, and ensure accuracy of operational spreadsheets, trackers, and databases.
- Prepare and distribute weekly and monthly customer reports, including time consumption and delivery metrics, in a timely manner.
- Execute day-to-day operational tasks, including data gathering, data entry, analysis, and presentation/deck creation.
- Validate that all work products are complete, accurate, and meet defined quality standards.
- Provide analytical and operational support to leadership as required.
- Manage and maintain contract tracking and related operational records.
- Liaise with the Finance team to support reporting, reconciliation, and operational alignment.
Specialized Experience:
- Excellent English communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously
- High curiosity and initiative to seek information, analyze problems, and drive solutions by coordinating with multiple stakeholders
- Basic understanding of support operations and familiarity with software development concepts.
- 3 to 5 years of experience with strong proficiency in Microsoft Office tools, particularly MS Excel, along with hands-on experience in Power BI, and Salesforce experience is highly preferred.
- Ability to quickly learn, adapt to, and navigate new tools, systems, and technologies.
- Strong time-management skills with the ability to coordinate multiple concurrent tasks or projects.
- Flexible, collaborative team player who adapts well to change and embraces challenges.
- Demonstrated ability to handle sensitive company and employee information with confidentiality.
- Willing to work afternoon shift to support US Eastern hours (1:00 PM – 10:00 PM India time)
