About the Role
We’re looking for a Growth Marketing Manager to help our Head of Demand Generation accelerate initiatives.
This is a hands-on execution role designed for someone early in their career who wants to learn how modern B2B growth engines are built. You’ll help bring campaigns to life, move projects forward quickly, support performance tracking, and ensure initiatives ship on time.

What You’ll Do
Campaign Execution & Support
- Assist in launching and managing multi-channel demand gen campaigns.
- Build and QA emails, landing pages, forms, and campaign workflows.
- Coordinate timelines across marketing, sales, and external vendors.
- Ensure campaigns go live on time and without errors.
Performance Tracking & Reporting
- Support weekly and monthly performance reporting.
- Monitor KPIs such as MQLs, pipeline contribution, CPL, conversion rates, and campaign ROI.
- Maintain dashboards and campaign tracking hygiene in CRM and marketing automation systems.
- Surface insights and optimization opportunities.
Growth Experimentation
- Help design and execute A/B tests across channels.
- Document hypotheses, results, and learnings.
- Assist in scaling what works and iterating on what doesn’t.
Sales & Cross-Functional Enablement
- Coordinate campaign rollouts with Sales.
- Support follow-up processes for events and webinars.
- Help ensure leads are routed and nurtured properly.
- Maintain campaign documentation and playbooks.
Operational Excellence
- Keep project plans organized and moving.
- Identify bottlenecks and proactively remove them.
- Ensure clean data and process consistency.

What We’re Looking For
- 5+ years of experience in marketing, growth, or demand generation.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Comfort working in marketing automation and CRM tools (HubSpot, Salesforce, ZoomInfo, etc.).
- Analytical mindset — you’re comfortable with spreadsheets and dashboards.
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Comfort taking feedback and working to impact.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- High ownership mentality and bias for action.
- Excellent communication in English.
Bonus Points
- Experience in B2B SaaS.
- Experience with current martech tooling, including the use of AI agents.
- Exposure to paid media or performance marketing.
- Familiarity with A/B testing and experimentation frameworks.
- Experience supporting webinars or virtual events.
