Sales and Marketing Coordination:
- Foster strong collaboration and communication between the sales and marketing departments.
- Attend interdepartmental meetings to understand ongoing initiatives and provide insights on potential joint sales and marketing activities.
- Support cross-functional projects, including coordination of events, trade shows, and marketing campaigns.
- Contribute to the creation and execution of marketing campaigns, including email marketing, social media content, and website updates.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to develop engaging content for various channels, such as blogs, articles, and press releases.
- Assist in tracking key marketing metrics and analyzing data to improve campaign performance.
Sales Prospecting Assistance:
- Conduct thorough market research to identify potential customers and gather targeted contact lists for Sales Development Representatives (SDRs) to cold call.
- Utilize various platforms and tools to collect data and construct comprehensive lists that align with the company's ideal customer profile.
- Continuously update and refine prospecting databases to ensure accurate and up-to-date information for SDRs.
Sales Enablement Activities:
- Aid the sales team in creating compelling sales enablement materials, including sales presentations, case studies, and product brochures.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to optimize sales collateral, ensuring alignment with branding guidelines and value propositions.
- Assist in organizing and managing sales documentation, ensuring easy accessibility for the entire sales team.
What we’d like to see:
Experience preferred in an administrative role or sales or customer service.
Proficient in Microsoft Office and an expert at Excel is a plus.
Proficient in computer shortcuts/skills a major plus.
Scheduling and calendar management abilities.
Bi-lingual Spanish a plus
