As a marketing, advertising, or communications student, this internship offers a unique opportunity to thrive. We are looking for someone who is motivated, innovative and enjoys collaborating with others in a team environment. Attention to detail is essential for this role, and the Social Media Intern should have a genuine interest in expanding their knowledge of social media marketing. In an ideal scenario, this intern will be self-motivated, and capable of managing shifting priorities and concurrent projects in a fast-paced environment. Their creativity and productivity should enable them to add value to the agency beyond their assigned office tasks.

Responsible For:
- Time commitment of 20 hours per week
- Film content for TikTok/Instagram Reels and edit videos within CapCut
- Take charge of writing engaging, creative, short-form social media posts geared for restaurant owners
- Collaborate with designer on social media designs
- Engage with users through comments, likes and shares on behalf of Lavu
- Conduct market research to identify ideal audience and make connections with them
- Organize hashtags and keywords
- Assist in content creation through photography and short videos
- Schedule posts on specific social media accounts (TikTok, Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, etc.)
- Identify key areas where you can contribute to the completion of client projects/initiatives through research, insights and ideation contribution
What we'd like to see
- High School Diploma or GED, college students
- Bi-lingual Spanish a plus
- Previous experience managing social media for a business
- Proficient in TikTok, CapCut, or iMovie
- Scheduling and calendar management abilities
