Summary:Lavu Inc. is seeking a highly skilled and analytical Business Intelligence (BI) Analyst with at least 5 years of experience to join our team. This role will be responsible for collecting, analyzing and interpreting data to generate insights that drive business decisions, operational improvements and growth strategies. The ideal candidate will collaborate with key stakeholders to understand analytical requirements and deliver actionable insights through BI dashboards and reports. This role reports in office, to our Tampa location. This not a hybrid or remote role.
Key Responsibilities:
- Collect and analyze large data sets to uncover valuable insights, trends and business opportunities.
- Design, develop, and maintain BI dashboards, reports and visualization tools to support data-driven decision making.
- Identify opportunities for process optimization and provide recommendations to improve efficiency and profitability.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business needs and translate them into analytical and reporting solutions.
- Identify and implement development needs for streamlining and enhancing organizational operations.
- Ensure the accuracy, quality and consistency of data used for analysis and reporting purposes.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's Degree in Business, Computer Science, Statistics, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in a BI Analyst or similar analytical role.
- Proficiency in data analysis, reporting, and visualization tools.
- Experience with BI platforms such as Tableau, Power BI, or similar tools.
- Strong proficiency in HubSpot and its reporting capabilities.
- Excellent communication skills and ability to collaborate with diverse stakeholders.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
Preferred Skills:
- Experience working in a fast-paced SaaS or e-commerce environment.
- Familiarity with SQL, Python, or other relevant programming languages.
