Role Summary:
The Product Manager drives the product vision and strategic roadmap, leveraging market insights and competitive analysis to optimize OnePlan's Solution offerings. Collaborating with cross-functional teams to innovate and deliver cutting-edge features, you will ensure a seamless and engaging user experience. By executing dynamic go-to-market strategies and monitoring key performance metrics, you’ll fuel growth and optimize product success.
Key responsibilities include:
- Develop and communicate a clear product vision and strategy that aligns with OnePlan's business objectives.
- Identify market opportunities and customer needs to guide product development and innovation.
- Drive the product roadmap and prioritize initiatives based on business impact and customer value.
- Conduct market research and competitive analysis to stay ahead of industry trends and inform product decisions.
- Engage with customers and partners to gather feedback, understand their needs, and incorporate insights into product development.
- Define and track key performance metrics to measure product success and inform future strategies.
- Analyze product performance data to identify areas for improvement and drive continuous optimization.
- Develop and execute go-to-market strategies for product launches, ensuring alignment with overall business goals.
Must Haves:
- 4+ years of experience in product management, with at least 5 years in a leadership role.
- Proven track record of successfully managing and launching complex software products.
- Strong understanding of Project Portfolio Management (PPM) solutions and related market dynamics.
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Computer Science, Engineering, Marketing, or a related field; MBA or advanced degree preferred.
Skills:
- Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Strategic thinker with a customer-centric approach and a passion for innovation.
- Experience in product marketing, including go-to-market strategy and sales enablement.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and manage multiple priorities effectively.
- Expertise in portfolios of products, services and projects.
