What You’ll Do at OnePlan:
As a Sales and Marketing Data Research Analyst, you’ll drive prospecting efforts and help OnePlan’s sales and marketing teams target and engage with ideal customers. You'll be building targeted sales lists, identifying and validating prospects, supporting marketing campaigns, and working closely with the sales team to ensure consistent engagement with target lists.
In this role, you will:
- Build and manage targeted sales lists aligned with OnePlan’s ideal customer profile (ICP), ensuring lists are up-to-date and relevant to ongoing marketing and sales efforts.
- Identify and validate prospects using sales prospecting tools such as LinkedIn Sales Navigator, ZoomInfo, Apollo, and LeadIQ, ensuring high-quality leads are generated.
- Support and maintain consistent email marketing campaigns to generate awareness and drive leads, utilizing email marketing platforms.
- Work collaboratively with the sales team to continuously engage with target lists, providing insights and data to help the team connect with and nurture key prospects.
- Ensure data accuracy and integrity in Salesforce (or other CRM systems), regularly updating prospect and engagement details to support smooth transitions through the sales funnel.
- Utilize email validation tools to maintain the quality of email campaigns and ensure effective communication with prospects.
- Provide reporting and analysis on the performance of campaigns, sales lists, and lead engagement, delivering actionable insights to marketing and sales teams.
Our Ideal Fit
- 2+ years of experience in sales/marketing research, data analysis, or related fields.
- Experience with B2B sales prospecting tools like LinkedIn Sales Navigator, ZoomInfo, Apollo, LeadIQ, etc.
- Hands-on experience managing email campaigns and using email marketing platforms.
- Familiarity with email validation tools to ensure high-quality leads.
- Experience using Salesforce or other CRM systems for managing leads and tracking engagement.
- Strong analytical skills and the ability to interpret data and provide actionable insights.
- Effective communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work cross-functionally with sales, marketing, and data teams.
- Detail-oriented and able to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
