What You’ll Do at OnePlan
As a Technical Account Manager (TAM), you’ll play a vital role in ensuring our customers’ successful adoption of OnePlan by acting as their trusted technical advisor and partner. You’ll collaborate closely with clients, diving deep into their business needs, crafting customized solutions, and ensuring they leverage OnePlan’s full capabilities. With your expertise in Project Portfolio Management (PPM) and Microsoft technologies, you will lead the charge in removing any technical barriers, fostering long-term success for our customers. Your day to day will involve these critical components:
Customer Advisor and Technical Ally: You will act as our customers' trusted advisor and technical partner, providing insightful guidance and making meaningful configuration changes to ensure their successful adoption of OnePlan’s solutions. You'll serve as a key resource, helping customers overcome challenges and achieve their goals.
Business-Centric Solutions: Dive deep into client business objectives to deliver solutions that not only meet but exceed expectations. Your work will ensure that clients’ operational goals are fully supported through strategic and tailored technical solutions.
Hands-On Engagement: You will actively engage with OnePlan and Microsoft technologies, designing and implementing solutions that reflect our commitment to operational excellence. Your hands-on expertise will ensure every solution is delivered to the highest standard.
Barrier Removal: As a catalyst for success, you will identify and remove any technical or adoption barriers that may prevent our customers from fully utilizing OnePlan’s capabilities. Your coaching and guidance will empower clients to navigate their challenges confidently.
Effective Communication: Simplifying complex technical topics is key. You will bridge the gap between technical intricacies and customer understanding, ensuring clients feel confident and knowledgeable in their use of OnePlan’s solutions.
Project Management and Collaboration: You will manage multiple customer engagements, ensuring that each project is completed efficiently and effectively. Occasionally, you will travel on-site to deliver personalized consulting and support, ensuring that your relationship with the client is both impactful and lasting.
