- 4+ years of experience in a business analyst role, within Project and Program Management or enterprise solutions.
- Strong understanding of business analysis methodologies, tools, and techniques.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with a keen attention to detail.
- Proven ability to translate business needs into clear, concise, and actionable requirements.
- Experience with product roadmap management and feature prioritization.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with diverse stakeholders.
- Proficiency in using business analysis and project management tools (e.g., JIRA, Confluence, Microsoft Office Suite).
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field.
