As a Payroll Specialist at Paymerang, you will be responsible for ensuring the seamless and accurate processing of our payroll. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Finance and People and Culture, utilize cutting-edge payroll technology, and provide exceptional customer service. The ideal candidate has a strong background in payroll processing, attention to detail, and a commitment to delivering high-quality service. This role reports to the Talent Manager.

Responsibilities:

• Process end-to-end payroll, ensuring accuracy and compliance with relevant regulations

• Collaborate with clients to gather payroll data, resolve inquiries, and address concerns

• Utilize ADP payroll software and technology to input, review, and verify payroll information

• Stay updated on changes in tax regulations, labor laws, and other payroll-related requirements

• Reconcile payroll discrepancies and work proactively to identify and resolve issues

• Generate payroll reports and provide insights to clients on payroll-related matters

• Assist with the implementation of new payroll changes, ensuring a smooth transition

• Assist with HR compliance and Benefits administration

• Uphold confidentiality and security standards in handling sensitive payroll information
