As the Software Engineering Manager at Paymerang, you will be responsible for guiding and supervising a team of technical professionals, ensuring the successful delivery of projects, and fostering a collaborative and innovative work environment. - Oversee the planning, execution, and delivery of projects, ensuring they are completed within established timelines
- Demonstrate deep technical knowledge and expertise in relevant technologies and domains.
- Act as a subject matter expert, providing guidance and technical solutions to team members when needed.
- Stay updated with industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies to drive innovation and maintain technical excellence
- Assess project requirements, allocate resources effectively, and optimize team performance.
- Monitor workloads and assignments, ensuring tasks are distributed appropriately based on individual strengths and project needs. Identify and address any resource constraints or bottlenecks to ensure smooth project execution.
- Foster effective communication and collaboration within the team and across departments
