As our Social Media and Content Marketing Manager, you'll be the mastermind behind our digital presence. Your canvas will span across social media platforms, where you'll craft compelling narratives, visually stunning content, and engaging campaigns. Your primary goal is to develop, execute, and report on a comprehensive content marketing strategy that encompasses content strategy, content creation, media channel management, and audience engagement. You'll be the architect of our brand story, creating experiences that captivate and resonate with our audience.

- Craft compelling, SEO-optimized content addressing the specific challenges, pain points, and needs of our audience to improve organic search rankings and drive qualified traffic.
- Develop and maintain integrated content and social media promotion strategies.
- Utilize various channels, including social media, email marketing, and partnerships, to maximize content distribution and engagement.
- Use analytics tools to track and optimize content and social media performance.
- Monitor key metrics such as website traffic, engagement, conversion rates, and lead generation.
- Provide insights and recommendations based on data to optimize marketing initiatives continuously.
- Collaborate with subject matter experts to create insightful content that positions the company as thought leaders in the B2B FinTech space.
- Leverage social media to amplify thought leadership and engage with the community.
- Design and implement a social media strategy aligned with business goals.
- Create and publish original, high-quality social media content, including text, images, and videos.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field or equivalent experience.
- Proven experience in integrated content marketing and social media management.
- Understanding of SEO techniques, inbound marketing, and the customer journey.
- Exceptional writing, editing, and copywriting skills.
- Strong project management and organizational skills.
- Proficiency in analytics tools, including Google Analytics.
- Previous experience in the B2B FinTech or SaaS industry is a plus.
