Client Account Manager
Corpay is currently looking to hire a Client Account Manager within our Corpay Payables division. This position falls under our Operations line of business and is located in Richmond, VA. In this role, you will be responsible for managing client relationships, ensuring high levels of customer retention, satisfaction, and operational excellence. You will serve as the primary point of contact for assigned clients, deliver tailored service strategies, provide program training, and drive increased card spend and program adoption. You will report directly to the Manager, Client Success and regularly collaborate with teams across Operations, Sales, Product, and Implementation.
As a Client Account Manager, you will be expected to work in an onsite environment. Corpay will set you up for success by providing:

The responsibilities of the role will include:
Managing day-to-day account support and serving as the primary point of contact for assigned clients
Strengthening client relationships through proactive, high-touch service
Conducting business reviews to assess program performance and identify growth opportunities
Executing client service strategies that align with contractual and operational expectations
Responding to client inquiries through various channels including phone, email, and Salesforce
Assisting with client onboarding, training, and platform utilization
Supporting ongoing banking setup and entity onboarding
Troubleshooting service issues and escalating when necessary
Driving card spend and program engagement through strategic account reviews
Making informed operational decisions and requesting financial approvals when appropriate
Providing program training to new client users and coaching internal Account Managers
Leading or contributing to special projects and cross-functional initiatives
3+ years of experience in client success, account management, or customer-facing roles
Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills
Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
Proven ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills
Proficiency in Salesforce or other CRM systems preferred
Prior experience in fintech, payments, or financial services a plus
Demonstrated business acumen and ability to drive revenue growth
Comfortable presenting to clients and conducting performance reviews
Bachelor’s degree preferred or equivalent work experience
