How We Work
As a Compliance Manager, you will be expected to work in a hybrid environment. Corpay will set you up for success by providing:
• Assigned workspace in Copenhagen office
• Company-issued equipment + remote access
Role Responsibilities
• Acting as lead SME for regulatory compliance and serving as the primary point of contact for Danish FSA matters (including licensing registration and ongoing compliance requirements)
• Managing and submitting all licensing applications in line with Danish FSA expectations
• Overseeing and advising on Data Privacy matters, including deputizing for the DPO when required
• Providing SME-level advice on Data Protection and Governance across Corpay One in accordance with legislation
• Identifying risk-based compliance solutions to operational challenges and resolving issues through clear engagement with stakeholders
• Managing compliance systems and tools including:
• Supporting Business Continuity Planning development, maintenance, and testing
• Carrying out scheduled reviews and audits to ensure a strong Compliance
Framework through a One Corpay approach, including:
Qualifications & Skills
• Fluent in spoken and written Danish and English
• Extensive knowledge of Danish FSA obligations, particularly related to PSP and/or PI permissions
• Strong stakeholder management skills across all organizational levels
• Ability to balance compliance needs with operational and financial constraints
• Preferred: Experience working in regulated entity in Denmark (especially PSP and/or PI)
• Ability to develop compliance knowledge and foster a positive compliance culture within the team
