Your role
Our salary starts from £24,570 with £500 guaranteed commission for your first 2 months (uncapped thereafter) and OTE of £35,000 in your first year!What you'll be doing

What you’ll be doing:
We are currently seeking a dynamic and results-driven individual to join our team as a Sales Executive, you will be responsible for generating sales through contacting our existing customers to up-sell a number of exciting services we are rolling out in 2025. This is a full-time, permanent role based in our fully modernised Knaresborough office. In this role you will:
- Conduct outbound calls to existing customers to introduce our valued added products/services and generate sales opportunities
- Identify customer needs and provide appropriate product recommendations.
- Deliver persuasive sales pitches to potential customers, highlighting the benefits and features of our products/services.
- Close sales deals and achieve monthly sales targets.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all sales activities and customer interactions in the CRM system.
- Provide exceptional customer service by addressing customer inquiries and resolving any issues or concerns.
- Collaborate with the sales team to develop strategies for achieving sales goals and improving overall sales performance.
- Stay updated on industry trends, product knowledge, and competitors' offerings to effectively position our products/services in the market.
What we’re looking for:
- Proven experience in telesales or a similar sales role. You can demonstrate what success looks like in an Inside Sales environment.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong persuasive and negotiation abilities.
- Ability to build rapport and establish long-term relationships with customers.
- Self-motivated and target-driven with a proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- Proficient in using CRM software (Salesforce) and other sales tools.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- High levels of resilience, the ability to handle objections
- The ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
