Your role
PayByPhone is currently looking to hire a Marketing Manager to support our French region. This position is located at our Boulogne-Billancourt office. In this role, you will lead the creation and execution of regional B2B and B2C marketing strategies, supporting both commercial and product teams while ensuring alignment with global objectives. You will report directly to the Global Marketing Director and collaborate closely with the local Commercial Sales, Client Success, Product, Digital, and Design teams as well as the wider businessWhat you'll be doing
Role Responsibilities
Support the Global Marketing Director in the initial generation, set-up and management of multi channel B2A, B2B & B2C marketing campaigns; driving user adoption through our app and winning new parking operator clients
Collaborating with Commercial Sales and Client Success teams to define annual and quarterly marketing strategies
Aligning marketing plans with regional/global commercial goals and quarterly budget constraints
Create data driven campaign feedback to measure effectiveness and ROI
Leading go-to-market campaigns in support of product and feature launches
Creating impactful client and internal presentations that reflect high-quality standards
Organizing national fairs, local events, and street marketing efforts to boost visibility
Support the creation and development of a digital strategy, with the help of the Global Digital Marketing Manager, including producing new content for both social media channels and PBP’s own website
Driving brand consistency across all assets in collaboration with the Design Team
Using Salesforce and analytics platforms to track and optimize campaign performance
Taking ownership of marketing initiatives and team outputs, including budgeting and planning
Maintaining strong cross-functional communication and contributing to global marketing strategy discussions
Ensure legal oversight and approval of any external communications
Support business in any other activities on or offline, as required
Qualifications & Skills
Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or equivalent experience
Solid marketing experience (5+ Years) with a background in implementing multi-channel campaigns (including Social Advertising, analytics, and measuring ROI)
Native French Speaker and fluent in English (written and spoken); German is a plus
Experience with digital tools: Salesforce
Strong collaboration skills with global, cross-functional teams
Demonstrated ability to manage and prioritize multiple projects
Experience in campaign planning across various channels: social, PR, events, OOH, paid media
Proficiency in tracking campaign metrics and optimizing based on performance
Experience leading marketing strategy with a data-driven and ROI-focused mindset
Passion for innovation and eagerness to contribute new ideas
Previous experience working in an app or SaaS based company is desirable
