WORKING RELATIONSHIPS:
Experience in a dynamic rapidly evolving technical environment. At least 3 years IT experience.
In depth knowledge of Windows desktop systems and Windows Server.
A detailed knowledge of all aspects of the IT facet, including:
Computer operations
Technical support
Telecommunications.
Deep technical experience of installation, maintenance, support and troubleshooting of:
Windows Server
Windows desktops
Active Directory
Microsoft Exchange
General knowledge of computer network
A working knowledge of VMWare is desirable.
A working knowledge of cloud systems (Microsoft Azure, AWS…) is desirable.
Applications running generally on Windows platform
Microsoft Office on versions up to date
Excellant communication skills
Proven leadership skills, relationship building and motivating abilities in order to maintain enthusiasm in this busy and demanding environment.
