What We Need
The Crew Accommodations Agent at CORPAY’s Airline Division – TA CONNECTIONS is responsible for overseeing and coordinating the hotel and ground transportation bookings for our Client’s Crew members, as well as coordinating workflow between in person clients and our remote support staff. This role requires excellent communication written and verbally. This role is responsible for managing reservations, emails, chats, phone calls, and direct interactions. The onsite agent ensures seamless resolution of booking issues by following Standard Operating Procedures and escalation to remote leadership as needed.

This salary range is provided for locations which require such disclosure. Where a position or applicant may fall in a particular wage range varies depending on a number of factors, including but not limited to skill sets, experience, training, licensure and certifications (if applicable), and other business and organization needs. The disclosed range has not been adjusted for the applicable geographic markets. An estimate of the salary range is $20.00 CAD.
