Manager, Account Configuration Group (ACG)
What We Need
Corpay is currently looking to hire a Manager of Account Configuration Group (ACG) within our Corpay division. This position falls under our Implementations team and is located in Brentwood, TN (preferred). As the Manager of Account Configuration Group (ACG), you will lead a team responsible for the configuration of new accounts and customer training. Working collaboratively with associates across all departments, you will ensure that products and services are implemented in a customer-focused manner. This role requires the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and oversee the configuration of client accounts with the products they have purchased, including Purchasing, Travel and Entertainment cards, ePayables Virtual cards for AP payments, as well as Payment Automation. Your role involves ensuring consistency, accuracy, and compliance with established standards. This role reports to Director of Channel Implementations. Domestic US travel might be required.

Roles Responsibilities
The responsibilities of the role will include:
- Leading, managing, and mentoring Configuration technicians for their professional growth and effectiveness in customer liaison roles.
- Hiring, training, and managing teams responsible for customer setup processes.
- Formulating and implementing plans, policies, and documentation for consistent customer configuration and training experiences.
- Focusing on scale and productivity in product adoption strategies.
- Benchmarking, analyzing, and reporting on Corpay's customer configuration operations for growth.
- Review customer configuration and activity reports, team metrics, and performance data.
- Building strong working relationships with key business leaders, colleagues, and the broader team.
- Serving as a key advisor for the Salesforce CRM system, aiding in measuring the success of the sales organization.
- Performing various miscellaneous projects and duties as assigned.
Qualifications & Skills
- Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Communications, or related field, or equivalent combination of education and experience.
- 8+ years of progressive strategic account or business management experience, including support, implementations, and customer success.
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
- Advanced experience with CRM or ticketing software.
- Extensive proficiency with automation tools and technologies, with familiarity in VBA, Python, and JavaScript languages being advantageous.
- Leadership skills, including team motivation, delegation, coaching, and performance management.
- Deep understanding of recruitment, training, compensation, and HR systems.
- Exceptional problem-solving abilities and creativity.
- Strong customer service orientation and strategic relationship-building skills.
- Demonstrated success in sales, marketing, and relationship management.
- Business acumen and ability to predict outcomes from both customer and competitive perspectives.
- Proficiency in administration and management principles, including resource allocation and performance assessment.
- Knowledge of computer hardware, software, and data-driven tools.
- Effective communication skills, both verbally and in writing.
