What We Need
Corpay is currently looking to hire a Assistant Long Term Housing National Account Manager within our ALE Solutions division. This position falls under our Lodging line of business and is a remote position. In this role, you will act as an ALE adjuster liaison for long term housing claims. You will report directly the Senior Manager of Customer Success. The required shift for this open role is 9 AM-6 PM.

Role Responsibilities
The responsibilities of the role will include:
- Support the National Account Manager with management of assigned accounts
- Serve as a point of contact for assigned insurance carriers and adjusters
- Act as the first back-up when National Account Manager is away from their desk, out of the office, or in need of assistance with NAM duties.
- Ensure the proper coordination/communication with other team members who provide the policyholder with services, including but not limited to hotel coordinators, relocation specialists, furniture, move-out coordinators, and bookkeeping.
- Assist with the execution of the claims process per carrier contract terms including but not limited to:
- Intaking new claim information and entering into ACT database accurately
- Maintaining complete and accurate records of file activities
- Assisting as needed with housing placement processes such as FRVs, preapps, paperwork, and check requests
- Monitoring expiring leases and pursuing extension approvals as needed for policyholders
- Monitoring ALE limits
- Billing claims in a timely manner, following applicable processes and requirements
- Addressing issues pertaining to customer care department activities and follow up until resolution
- Gathering necessary paperwork to send with invoices to adjusters
- Billing furniture add-ons as needed after the initial billing
- Answering adjuster questions and addressing concerns in a timely manner
- Maintain ACT Placement Database and customer information accurately
- Provide additional coverage of shifts during peak volume (CATS) and participation in the rotating back-up Saturday coverage as applicable
- Performance of other duties as assigned
Qualifications & Skills
- ALE Solutions experience strongly preferred, especially experience in the housing division
- Bachelor’s Degree preferred
- Computer proficiency in Microsoft Office Excel, Word, and Outlook
- ACT program experience
- Polished and professional demeanor
- Excellent verbal & written communication skills
