What We Need
Corpay is currently looking to hire an Accounts Payable Specialist within our Stored Value Solutions division. This position falls under our finance line of business and is located in Louisville, KY. In this role, you will be responsible for processing vendor invoices and assigning costs to the proper job, cost center, or general ledger account. You will report directly to the Finance manager and regularly collaborate with other teams.

Role Responsibilities
The responsibilities of the role will include:
- Processing and vendor payments timely, accurate and working with other departments to obtain approvals.
- Tracking and coding vendor payments to the proper general ledger account.
- Providing support to the accounting department management and participating in special projects as needed.
- Cross-training in other functional areas of the accounting department.
- Prioritizing, planning, and scheduling day-to-day routines and assigned projects to facilitate the overall needs of the SVS accounting group.
- Managing the coordination and distribution of information, project activities, reports or other requirements with the accounting group.
- Completing timely, verbal, and written communication to the appropriate internal and external customers and associates.
Qualifications & Skills
- High School Diploma or GED
- Minimum of 2 years related accounts payable/billing experience and/or training
- Must have an intermediate level of knowledge of Microsoft Word and Excel, and a working knowledge of Microsoft Access.
- Demonstrated strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to research account variances and out-of-balance situations.
- Strong level of personal organization with excellent oral/written communication skills. Must be detail-oriented, with the ability to handle multiple assignments promptly and effectively.
