Corpay is currently looking to hire a Relocation Search Specialist within our ALE Solutions division. This position falls under our Lodging line of business and is located in St. Charles, IL. In this role, you will support the Relocation Specialist team by efficiently sourcing property options for displaced policyholders and insurance adjusters, enhancing service delivery through organized research and database coordination. You will report directly to the Relocation Assistant Manager and regularly collaborate with Relocation Specialists and internal housing support staff.
As a Relocation Search Specialist, Corpay will set you up for success by providing:
- Assigned Hybrid workspace in St. Charles, IL office
- Company-issued equipment
- Formal, hands-on training
- Sourcing temporary housing options using a shared internal database
- Utilizing search tools and engines to identify viable property matches
- Assessing policyholder needs to guide targeted property searches
- Contacting landlords and negotiating short-term lease arrangements
- Obtaining and accurately communicating details of housing options
- Maintaining and updating database records and progress logs
- Facilitating internal communications to ensure seamless handoffs
- Maintaining monthly tracking spreadsheets for search efficiency
- Collaborating with team members to streamline relocation search operations
- Assisting with other duties and projects as assigned
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- 2+ years of experience in a related customer service or administrative role preferred
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook)
- Experience with databases is a plus
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Highly organized with the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
- Detail-oriented with strong problem-solving capabilities
- Proven ability to work independently and collaboratively
- Demonstrates sound business judgment and reliability

This salary range is provided for Illinois which requires such disclosure. Where a position or applicant may fall in a particular wage range depends on a number of factors including but not limited to skill sets, experience, training, licenses and certifications (if applicable), and other business and organization needs. The disclosed range has not been adjusted for the applicable geographic markets. At Corpay it is not typical for an individual to be hired at or near the top of the range for their role and compensation decisions depend on the facts and circumstances of each case. The estimate of the minimum and maximum salary range is $15.00-17.00 per hour.
