Effectively manage all Divisional business projects, including budgets, resources and deadlines, in line with business requirements.
Contribute significantly to sales plans, channel development and overall Divisional strategic planning, providing support to Sales and Broker managers for target setting, commissions planning and implementation.
Effectively interface with all internal departments to secure buy-in to and achievement of business objectives and act as sign-off and focal point for Division’s PR activity.
Define and implement relevant marketing activities with the Product and Marketing Division, pro-actively identifying process improvements and liaise with internal and external third parties as required to deliver innovative solutions.
Assess & specify training needs for Divisional staff, ensuring those skills levels necessary to facilitate first class performance.
Purpose:
In line with the global PayByPhone (PBP) brand and marketing strategy, to support PBP’s North American Marketing activities both in assigned markets and globally.
Responsibilities:
● Support the Global Marketing Director in the initial generation, set-up and management of multi channel B2A, B2B & B2C marketing campaigns;
● Oversee the activation of Global and Local Campaigns in the relevant assigned markets
● Oversee local communication plans and provide copywriting support where required.
● Co-ordinate and manage attendance at any local Trade events
● Maintain campaign and workflow-specific editorial calendars, including scheduled send times, input and approval dates, and other key time-based responsibilities for each party involved;
● Ensure adherence to local Marketing Budget guidelines
● Be a brand ambassador, making sure that there is creative integration of Above the Line (ATL), Below the Line (BTL) and Digital campaigns and that they align with the PayByPhone brand identity;
● Support the creation and development of a digital strategy, with the help of the Global Digital Marketing Manager, including producing new content for both social media channels and PBP’s own website;
● Make sure that PBP’s communications are consistently challenging the norm and pushing the boundaries creatively.
● Create data driven campaign feedback to measure effectiveness and ROI.
● Ensure legal oversight and approval of any external communications
● Support business in any other activities on or offline, as required

● Support / cover for wider Marketing team members as and when necessary e.g. during periods of sickness or holiday;
● Carry out other tasks and responsibilities as requested by your manager from time to time.
Essential Knowledge, Skills, and Experience
Essential
● A CIM qualification or equivalent
● Solid marketing experience with a background in implementing multi-channel campaigns (including Social Advertising, analytics, and measuring ROI);
● Proven ability to gather, analyse and present material (e.g. campaign results) clearly;
● Excellent presentation skills
● Able to produce well-written documents and reports.
● Excellent IT skills including Word, Excel & Powerpoint.
● Very high level of rigour, allowing to progress independently
Desirable
● Previous experience working in an app or SaaS based company
● Educated to degree-level;
● Experience of using Salesforce would be advantageous

● Oversight and management of local marketing activities
● Customer-based marketing campaigns are set up in a timely way and are always managed appropriately.
● Campaign and work-flow specific editorial calendars are kept up-to-date and include all necessary information.
● Budget guidelines are met
● There is no negative feedback from external agencies around the design of campaign elements.
● There are no instances of there not being creative integration of ATL, BTL and Digital campaigns or of them not aligning with the PBP brand identity.
● Creating a strong and effective partnership with our external agencies ensuring positive feedback at all times.
● PBP’s communications are always creative and outside of the norm.
● Copywriting is relevant, is grammatically correct, free from spelling errors and is delivered on time.
● All external communications are fully approved by Legal.
● Effective, meaningful feedback is delivered to the Global Marketing Director after every campaign.
