Corpay is currently looking to hire a Client Support Apprentice within our Corpay division. This position falls under our PayByPhone line of business and is in Boulogne-Bilancourt, France.
In this role, you will work answer the client ops requests, support the technical operational tasks such as tariff changes, and manage technical operation project.
How We Work
As a Client Support Apprentice, you will be expected to work in a onsite environment. Corpay will set you up for success by providing:
Assigned workspace in office and home office setup
Company-issued equipment
Formal, hands-on training
Role Responsibilities
The responsibilities of the role will include:
Back Office configuration
Answer all BO configuration requests done by the client ops team, including but not limited to:
Create and maintain Vendors in the Back Office.
Create and maintain Client Calendars.
Create New Locations and Rates for existing clients and new clients.
Change of Service Fees.
Manage Tariff Changes and promotions for existing clients.
Manage 3rd parties’ integrations
Technical Ticket Management:
Create tickets to dev & product team for development and bug fixing relating the Back Office and Rates Systems.
Liaise with Product Managers to ensure tickets are prioritized and completed in a timely manner with any issues escalated via the appropriate channels.
Process Documentation:
Ensure that all relevant processes and procedures are documented and updated in Confluence including any supporting documentation required to enable effective continuation of service.
Create tools and training materials pertaining to technical troubleshooting
Updating CRM information related to clients, accounts, contacts
Technical operational Projects:
Take part and support other technical Operational Projects (rates migration, implement new supplier or new integration)
Manage technical supplier communications
Other things you may get involved with:
Carry out other tasks and responsibilities that your manager asks you to from time to time.
Attend client meetings at the request of the manager or the client team.
Qualifications & Skills
Essential
Able to prioritize, manage and track multiple projects and tasks simultaneously.
Logical and methodical.
Ability to decipher complex problems and be creative to find solutions.
Exceptional attention to detail.
Understanding of internal escalation processes and protocols and when to trigger them.
The ability to work under pressure and to tight deadlines.
Good organizational and time management skills.
The ability to work on your own initiative and as part of a team.
The ability to gather, analyse and present material clearly and concisely.
Experience with Microsoft Office, including Word, Excel and PowerPoint.
Desirable
Educated to degree level
Experience of working with Confluence, Jira and project management tools.
Understanding of web-based technologies such as API’s, Integrations and basic HTML code.
Previous experience of working in the parking industry or another app-based business.
1 year of demonstrated experience in technical projects
