Your role
Corpay is seeking a visionary and strategic VP of Product & Growth to lead our Product development and growth strategy for Europe Fleet (EUF) organization, part of Vehicle Payments division. This role is critical to accelerating our product innovation, driving market expansion, and achieving double-digit annual revenue growth. This pivotal role will be responsible for shaping the product vision, identifying new growth opportunities, and aligning go-to-market strategies across cross-functional teams. This is a highly visible leadership position reporting to Managing Director of EUF and working closely with senior leaders across Corpay to scale transformational solutions within Vehicle payments.
We're seeking a bold product and growth leader who brings a customer-first mindset, commercial acumen, and the ability to turn insight into action. You will work both strategically and tactically to assess market opportunities, to conceptualize new ideas, present options and pitch to C-level execs. All this supported by compelling strategic rationale and quantitative business case analysis.
What you'll be doing
- Define and communicate a clear product vision aligned with company goals and customer needs.
- Own the full product lifecycle from ideation to launch and iteration.
- Partner with engineering, design, data, and customer-facing teams to deliver high-quality, scalable products.
- Develop and execute a growth strategy; identify and monetise growth ideas using market insight, customer feedback, and data analysis.
- Partner with Sales, Marketing, Technology and other functions to align GTM strategy, execution and commercialization
- Collaborate with business leaders to enter new markets, expand wallet share, and cross-sell complementary solutions across the Corpay ecosystem
- Work with Corporate M&A to assess strategic opportunities, drive diligence, and lead post-acquisition product integration efforts
- Develop and mentor a high-performing Product & Growth team focused on execution, innovation, and measurable results
What we need:
- Bachelor's degree in business, management, engineering, economics, or related field; MBA preferred
- Prior experience working in a strategic function and/or within product development and technology
- Proven track record of launching successful products and delivering revenue growth in B2B or fintech environments
- Commercially minded with deep analytical and financial modelling skills; strong understanding of P&L levers and customer LTV/CAC dynamics
- Consulting experience and 'The Consultant's Toolbox'; specifically, Excel & PowerPoint skills, project management capabilities, and presentation abilities.
- Effective written & oral communication skills, interpersonal skills, and the ability to connect with employees at all levels of the organization
- Executive presence with experience influencing C-suite and board-level stakeholders
- Background in fleet, fuel card, payments is a plus, but not required
