The Role
We are looking for a strategic and analytical Revenue Operations (RevOps) Manager to join our team and make a significant impact on our company’s growth trajectory. Reporting to our CFO, this role will be instrumental in developing and implementing processes and strategies that align marketing, sales, and customer service operations to drive revenue growth. The ideal candidate will leverage data analytics to identify trends, forecast bookings, and optimize the sales funnel for maximum efficiency and effectiveness. Additionally, this position will oversee the management of our customer relationship management (CRM) systems, ensuring accurate data collection and reporting that will directly influence business decisions.
For this role, there is a preference for those who are based in or near the Triangle area (Raleigh-Durham-Chapel Hill, NC) to facilitate in-person collaboration and take advantage of our Durham office.
