Responsibilities
- Develop and implement HR strategies aligned with business objectives.
- Oversee the full employee lifecycle, including recruitment, onboarding, performance management, and offboarding.
- Ensure compliance with labor laws and company policies across all locations.
- Lead initiatives for employee engagement, development, and retention.
- Manage compensation, benefits, and payroll administration in collaboration with finance.
- Act as a trusted advisor to leadership, providing guidance on HR best practices and organizational development.
- Drive global belonging efforts within the company.
- Implement HR technology solutions to streamline processes and improve efficiency.
Essential Functions
- Monitor and analyze HR metrics to optimize workforce planning and development.
- Conduct training sessions on company policies, leadership development, and employee well-being.
- Mediate employee relations issues and foster a culture of open communication.
Minimal Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Psychology, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 8+ years of HR experience, with at least 5 years in a managerial role.
- Strong knowledge of labor laws and HR best practices.
- Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
- Exceptional communication in spoken and written English.
