DESCRIPTION
We are seeking a Senior Full Stack Engineer to co-lead the development of our internal care platform, Rhythm Synergy. Key responsibilities include collaborating with the product team, writing technical documentation, mentoring junior developers, and managing data infrastructure on AWS. The ideal candidate has excellent communication skills, expertise in TypeScript, Node.js, and React, an agile product mindset, extensive experience with healthcare data, and proficiency in AWS services, data privacy, security best practices, and CI/CD pipelines.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Co-lead the development of our internal care platform, Rhythm Synergy
- Collaborate with our product team to understand requirements, write technical documentation and shape and deliver scalable data solutions.
- Serve as an engineering leader to mentor younger developers.
- Work closely with the CloudOps team to deploy and manage data infrastructure on AWS.
QUALIFICATIONS
- Communication Skills: Excellent written and verbal communication skills are essential.
- Typescript, Node.js and React Expertise: Extensive experience with Node.js for backend development and React frontend development for web applications utilizing typescript.
- Agile Product Mindset: Eager to take open end problems and quickly drive to a minimal viable product.
- Healthcare Data: Extensive experience handling and processing healthcare data, ensuring compliance with U.S. regulations and standards.
- AWS Expertise: Proficient in using AWS services for web app deployments.
- 5+ years of experience
PREFERRED SKILLS
- Knowledge of data privacy and security best practices.
- Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines and automation tools.
- Ability to mentor junior engineers and provide technical leadership.
- Agile mindset
- Experience with tailwind.css, Nest.js and TypeORM.
