About the Role
We are looking for a versatile, hands-on, entry-level Marketing Associate who can execute high-impact marketing programs across demand generation, email marketing, and content. This role is ideal for a strategic doer who thrives in a fast-moving environment and can turn ideas into programs that drive measurable business outcomes.
Key Responsibilities
Demand Generation
- Plan and execute multi-channel demand generation programs:
- Manage annual event strategy, from planning to follow-up
- Execute internal and 3rd party webinar strategy leveraging internal SMEs, customers, and partners
- Own campaign timelines, execution, and follow-up to ensure leads are captured, routed and nurtured appropriately
- Align campaigns to pipeline goals and target accounts
Email Marketing
- Execute an email marketing strategy to engage effectively with prospects, customers, and partners.
- Build and optimize email journeys and nurture programs
- Continuously test subject lines, messaging, segmentation, and cadence to improve engagement and conversion
- Systematically track and report on results
Content
- Create and repurpose content including blog posts, web copy, sales collateral, email copy, social media posts, and thought leadership pieces.
- Collaborate with SMEs, product, and sales to turn insights into clear value-driven content.
- Support customer advocacy initiatives to secure case studies, quotes, and testimonials
- Develop sales and partner enablement materials (one-pagers, decks, battlecards)
What You Bring
- Bachelor’s or master’s degree in marketing or business
- Strong understanding of demand generation, content programs, and multi-channel marketing campaigns.
- Strong project management skills—you move complex programs forward with clarity, communication, and follow-through.
- Exceptional writing and storytelling skills; able to draft or refine messaging, web copy, and customer narratives.
- Understanding of concepts around marketing automation, CRM systems, paid media, and content development.
- Comfortable shifting between strategy and execution—no task is too big or too small.
- Ability to manage agencies and freelancers to maximize output and quality.
- Collaborative, resourceful, self-driven, and excited to build from the ground up.
