The Opportunity
We're looking for a driven, creative, and analytically minded Marketing Manager to join our team and support our outbound and inbound marketing initiatives. This is a high-impact, highly visible role that directly fuels our go-to-market engine — supporting both our direct sales team and our partner ecosystem. You'll build campaigns, create compelling content, run events, and amplify our brand across digital channels. Most importantly, you'll harness AI tools to move faster, experiment smarter, and punch above your weight.
What You’ll Do
Content Marketing
- Develop and execute a content strategy that positions SpinSci as the thought leader in Agentic AI for Patient Access.
- Create high-quality assets including blog posts, whitepapers, case studies, one-pagers, and videos.
- Build and maintain a content calendar aligned to product launches, industry events, and GTM priorities.
- Leverage AI writing and research tools to scale content production without sacrificing quality.
Demand Generation & Campaigns
- Plan and execute integrated email marketing campaigns
- Own campaign performance reporting — track MQLs, conversion rates, and revenue influence, and optimize accordingly.
- Support direct sales with targeted account-based marketing (ABM) plays, tailored outreach materials, and campaign sequences.
- Develop co-marketing campaigns and enablement materials to support our partner and channel sales network.
Social Media
- Own SpinSci’s social media presence across LinkedIn and YouTube
- Build and grow our audience through organic content, employee advocacy, and executive thought leadership.
- Monitor conversations, engage with our community, and track brand sentiment.
Events & Conferences
- Plan and manage SpinSci’s presence at industry conferences, trade shows, and virtual events (e.g., HIMSS, ViVE, HLTH).
- Coordinate logistics, booth materials, sponsorships, speaker submissions, and pre/post-event campaigns.
- Organize internal and 3rd party webinars
- Measure event ROI and pipeline contribution.
What We’re Looking For
- 3–5 years of B2B marketing experience in healthcare SaaS, health IT, or AI/ML software — you understand the buyer and the landscape.
- Proven track record running content, campaigns, social, and events in a fast-paced, startup or scale-up environment.
- Deep, hands-on experience using AI tools (e.g., ChatGPT, Claude, Jasper, Perplexity, or similar) to accelerate marketing workflows — not just awareness of them.
- Strong understanding of GTM motions: you know how to support both direct sales reps and channel/partner teams.
- Data-driven mindset — you measure what matters and use insights to make decisions.
- Exceptional written communication skills; you can write a crisp executive summary and a snappy LinkedIn post with equal ease.
- Experience with HubSpot, Zoho, Salesforce, or similar CRM/MAP stack.
- Highly organized, self-directed, and comfortable with ambiguity — you don’t wait for a playbook, you build one.
