Overview
SpinSci is scaling a next-generation Voice AI platform that helps healthcare organizations improve patient engagement, care coordination, scheduling, referrals, and operational efficiency.
We are seeking an AI Engagement Architect to lead the design, architecture, and deployment of Voice AI solutions across healthcare customers and strategic partners. This is a customer-facing role that combines solution architecture, conversational AI, healthcare workflows, and technical leadership.
What You'll Do
- Design Voice AI solutions integrating telephony, conversational AI, workflow orchestration, and healthcare systems
- Create call flows, routing logic, escalation strategies, and AI conversation designs
- Architect integrations with EHRs, CRM platforms, contact center solutions, and enterprise applications
- Lead customer discovery sessions, solution workshops, and architecture reviews
- Support pilots, implementations, and production deployments
- Analyze call data and AI performance to improve automation rates, routing accuracy, and customer experience
- Partner with Product, Engineering, Delivery, and Customer Success teams
Required Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience in Solution Architecture, Contact Center Technology, Voice/IVR Systems, Conversational AI, or Customer Experience Platforms
- Experience designing enterprise software and integration architectures
- Strong understanding of Voice AI technologies including STT, TTS, LLMs, and workflow orchestration
- Experience with APIs, webhooks, event-driven systems, and cloud platforms
- Customer-facing experience working with enterprise clients
Preferred Qualifications
- Healthcare technology experience
- Knowledge of HIPAA, PHI, and healthcare workflows
- Experience with Epic, Oracle Health, Athenahealth, eClinicalWorks, NextGen, or MEDITECH
- Experience with NICE, Genesys, Five9, RingCentral, Twilio, Cisco, Zoom, or similar platforms
- Familiarity with FHIR, HL7, and healthcare integrations
- Experience deploying Voice AI solutions in production environments
