Who you are:
We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Registered Nurse (RN) to join our team as the Senior Clinical Program & Strategy Manager (RN). This role plays a pivotal role in shaping and executing the strategic vision of our clinical programs. Acting as both a clinical subject matter expert (SME) and program strategist, you will lead initiatives that strengthen our clinical offerings, enhance patient engagement, and ensure alignment with regulatory and operational excellence standards.
You will serve as the clinical voice for both internal and external stakeholders - representing our programs to prospective clients, contributing to clinical innovation, and ensuring data-driven decision-making that supports continuous improvement across the organization.
This Senior Clinical Programs & Strategy Manager (RN) role is highly strategic with a strong emphasis on content development and operational excellence. Beyond typical program management, you'd act as a clinical subject matter expert (SME) for prospective clients, showcasing the company's clinical benefits. You'd be responsible for developing and implementing strategic clinical program plans and creating clinical content for current and future programs. A key part of this role involves collaborating closely with cross-functional teams like Product to develop best practices and define strategic decision-making processes for clinical operations. You'll also be instrumental in overseeing data collection and reporting, while ensuring all clinical policies and procedures align with regulatory requirements and standards of care.

The Senior Clinical Program & Strategy Manager (RN) is a key leadership role responsible for driving the strategic design, quality, execution, and optimization of clinical care management programs across the organization. This individual blends clinical expertise, business acumen, and strategic insight to elevate patient outcomes, ensure regulatory compliance, and support growth in a value-based care environment.
As both a clinical subject matter expert (SME) and strategic program leader, the Senior Manager will shape the direction of clinical program design and care delivery model, oversee quality and learning initiatives, align initiatives with organizational goals, and lead cross-functional collaboration with Product, Operations, and Data teams to deliver scalable, high-impact programs.
Responsibilities:
Clinical Program Strategy & Development:
- Lead the development and implementation of comprehensive strategic plans and continuous improvement of clinical program strategies that align with organizational goals, value-based care initiatives, and evidence-based practices.
- Serve as the Clinical SME during client engagements and demonstrations, articulating the clinical value and impact of our programs.
- Serve as Clinical SME to prospective clients, relaying our clinical benefits and process.
- Design and author clinical content, scalable workflows, protocols and engagement models for current and future TimeDoc programs in collaboration with Product and Operations teams.
- Partner with key stakeholders to define program scope, objectives, success metrics and deliverables.
- Identify and engage key stakeholders and subject matter experts (SMEs) to inform program strategy and design.
- Align program development with performance metrics, quality measures, and strategic business goals.
- Identify emerging trends and regulatory changes within Medicare, Medicaid, and value-based care frameworks to inform strategy.
Program Management & Execution:
- Oversee the full lifecycle of care management programs - from initial strategy through execution, monitoring, evaluation, optimization and enhancement.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, such as Product and Operations, to develop and implement clinical protocols, guidelines, scalable solutions and best practices to optimize patient outcomes.
- Champion continuous improvement and innovation of clinical policies, procedures, and standards to ensure compliance and quality excellence through feedback loops, data insights, and outcome analysis.
- Participate in strategic planning and decision-making processes to drive the growth and process improvement for clinical programs.
- Develop, implement, and evaluate clinical policies, procedures, and protocols to ensure alignment with current standards of care and regulatory requirements.
- Drive innovation through integration of emerging Medicare and Medicaid guidelines, industry trends, and client feedback.
- Proactively adapt our programs and initiatives to evolving Medicare and Medicaid guidelines, industry standards, trends, care management best practices, and client and team member feedback.
Data, Quality and Compliance:
- Oversee the collection, validation, quality control, and analysis of clinical data to inform outcomes and performance metrics.
- Provide direct oversight of Quality Management, including compliance, performance audits, and continuous quality improvement (CQI) initiatives.
- Prepare and present regular program progress updates, data health metrics, and key performance indicators (KPIs) to internal teams and senior leadership.
- Ensure compliance with all federal, state, and organizational policies and quality standards and Ensure all data processes align with clinical, regulatory, and quality standards.
Leadership, Learning & Development
- Manage, mentor, and empower the Manager of Clinical Strategy and other program management staff ensuring alignment with clinical, operational, and strategic goals.
- Foster a culture of excellence, collaboration, and ongoing learning within the clinical team.
- Oversee the development and delivery of Learning & Development to support training for care management teams and development programs that promote clinical excellence, ensuring consistency, competency, professional growth and quality delivery.
Requirements:
- Active Registered Nurse (RN) license; Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) preferred.
- Minimum of 7+ years of clinical experience in a healthcare setting, with at least 2+ years of experience in Virtual Care Management or Transitions of Care services for the elderly or complex population. Chronic Care Management or Remote Patient Monitoring experience preferred.
- CCM Certification required.
- Proven success in designing, implementing, and scaling clinical programs that deliver measurable impact.
- Strong clinical assessment and critical thinking skills, with the ability to make sound clinical judgments in complex situations.
- Extensive Knowledge of Medicare and Medicaid guidelines, quality measures, and regulations related to chronic care management and remote patient monitoring and value based care models.
- Demonstrated ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent communication, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively interact with patients, caregivers, and multidisciplinary healthcare teams.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to influence across all organizational levels.
