Who you are:
We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Registered Nurse (RN) to join our team as the Senior Clinical Program & Strategy Manager. This highly strategic role blends clinical expertise, program development, operational excellence, and cross-functional collaboration.
You will be both a clinical subject matter expert (SME) and a program strategist, helping shape the vision, structure, and quality of our clinical care programs. You will help drive program innovation, strengthen patient engagement, support client-facing initiatives, and ensure alignment with regulatory standards, performance goals, and organizational strategy.

The Role: In a Nutshell
The Senior Clinical Program & Strategy Manager (RN) leads the strategic design, execution, quality, and refinement of clinical programs across the organization. You will drive improvements in outcomes, compliance, and operational efficiency while collaborating closely with Product, Operations, Data, and Quality teams.
Responsibilities:
Clinical Program Strategy & Development:
- Lead the development and continuous improvement of strategic clinical program plans.
- Serve as the Clinical SME for prospective client engagements and demos.
- Design workflows, protocols, and scalable engagement models for current and future programs.
- Partner with stakeholders to define program scope, metrics, and deliverables.
- Align program design with performance standards, quality measures, and business objectives.
- Identify emerging Medicare/Medicaid trends, regulatory updates, and value-based care opportunities.
Program Management & Execution:
- Oversee complete program lifecycle-from strategy to execution to ongoing optimization.
- Collaborate with Product & Operations to implement protocols, guidelines, and best practices.
- Lead continuous improvement of clinical policies, procedures, and standards.
- Participate in decision-making and strategic planning for program growth.
- Support integration of regulatory updates and industry trends into clinical strategy.
Data, Quality and Compliance:
- Oversee the collection, validation, quality control, and analysis of clinical data to inform outcomes and performance metrics.
- Provide direct oversight of Quality Management, including compliance, performance audits, and continuous quality improvement (CQI) initiatives.
- Prepare and present regular program progress updates, data health metrics, and key performance indicators (KPIs) to internal teams and senior leadership.
- Ensure compliance with all federal, state, and organizational policies and quality standards and Ensure all data processes align with clinical, regulatory, and quality standards.
Leadership, Learning & Development
- Manage, mentor, and empower the Manager of Clinical Strategy and other program management staff ensuring alignment with clinical, operational, and strategic goals.
- Foster a culture of excellence, collaboration, and ongoing learning within the clinical team.
- Oversee the development and delivery of Learning & Development to support training for care management teams and development programs that promote clinical excellence, ensuring consistency, competency, professional growth and quality delivery.
Requirements:
- Active compact/multistate Registered Nurse (RN) license; Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) preferred.
- Minimum of 7+ years of clinical experience in a healthcare setting, with at least 2+ years of experience in Virtual Care Management or Transitions of Care services for the elderly or complex population. Chronic Care Management or Remote Patient Monitoring experience preferred.
- CCM Certification required
- Proven success in designing, implementing, and scaling clinical programs that deliver measurable impact.
- Strong clinical assessment and critical thinking skills, with the ability to make sound clinical judgments in complex situations.
- Extensive Knowledge of Medicare and Medicaid guidelines, quality measures, and regulations related to chronic care management and remote patient monitoring and value based care models.
- Demonstrated ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent communication, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively interact with patients, caregivers, and multidisciplinary healthcare teams.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to influence across all organizational levels.
- Demonstrated ability to work independently, have great attention to detail, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Highly organized, detail-oriented, and adept at managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
